Marikenloop 2016

The Project Managers at TI do not fear a challenge. Whether it is a 200 page manual in FrameMaker that requires translation and desktop publishing in multiple languages, XML files that need a custom made approach for translation or a scanned PDF that needs to be translated and delivered back to the customer within 24 hours; our multi-talented PM’s can handle it.

Even outside their professional environment Sonia, Joke and Stéphanie decided to take on yet another challenge, this time of a sporty nature. Last Sunday they participated in the biggest Ladies Run in the Netherlands: the Marikenloop in the beautiful city of Nijmegen. It was warm, it was crowded but all three had a great run and managed to improve their personal records. A job well done!

Now it is on to the next challenge, may it be in running or in translation. Bring it on!

The new edition of the memoQfest will take place in Budapest, Hungary, next week. From May 18th until May 20th 2016 attendees will have the chance to take part in a few master classes, enjoy the excellent presentations the speakers have prepared, and of course, attend the networking events!

This year there are three master classes being offered the day before the two-day conference starts, aimed at different types of users: translators, project managers and engineers. There’s therefore room for everyone to get more in depth knowledge on topics that each user isinterested in.

Besides this first day hands-on focus on the software know-how, there will be very interesting talks on different topics, including the presentation of the new release of memoQ2016.

What an excellent chance to exchange experiences with other memoQ users from all over the world! Translators, project managers and engineers under one roof will be able to network and give their point of view on use and processes. You can’t miss that!

Translators International will be there represented by Gemma van den Boom (Project Manager) and Sonia Sánchez Montero (Operations Manager)

We look forward to meeting you in Budapest!
